Pleasante provides an online educational platform offering group sessions, individual lessons, personalized learning paths, and live interaction with instructors. The subject matter includes but is not limited to departmental budgeting and related financial education topics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are permitted to:
Access and view content made available to you through your subscription or enrollment. Participate in sessions and learning activities for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable for your own study.

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pleasante with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
